Idling past the ides of summer and with that comes the undeniable realization that we’re closing in on baseball’s pennant races, the remaining vestiges of whatever summer flings we’ve had, a stark realization that we should have – as years before – saved money and taken that long overdue trip to Seychelles or the Maldives, and, of course, the sheer joy of knowing that the NFL season is back. I get it, we’re sort of nerdy – yet invariably, it’s this annual tradition which allows this burgeoning cadre of fantasy football junkies to put our respective differences aside and to do this draft.
